AI Tattoo Generator, operated by NebulaFlow LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operates the AI Tattoo Generator website and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in (for example via Google OAuth), we receive your name, email address, and profile image as provided by the identity provider.
Generated content. We store prompts, style selections, placement choices, generated images, visibility settings (public or private), and related task metadata needed to run the generator and gallery.
Usage and device data. We may collect IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral URLs, and diagnostic logs to secure and improve the Service.
Payment information. Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and billing metadata but do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide generation, gallery, Explore, and account features
- Authenticate users and prevent abuse
- Process subscriptions and credit balances
- Respond to support requests
- Analyze product performance and fix errors
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Public designs and gallery display
Default visibility. Unless you enable Private mode for a specific design, generated tattoo designs are public by default.
When a design is public, we may display it in:
- The community Showcase feed
- Style and placement Explore collections
- Related recommendation surfaces within the Service
- Marketing or product screenshots that depict the public gallery
Public designs may include associated metadata such as style tags, placement tags, and a truncated prompt summary. They do not include your email address or private account details.
Private designs. When you mark a design private (where available on your plan), we remove it from public gallery and Explore surfaces. Private designs remain stored for your account access but are not shown to other users.
4. Sharing with service providers
We use trusted processors to operate the Service, including hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, and AI generation infrastructure. These providers may access personal data only to perform services on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and aggregated analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without essential cookies.
6. Data retention
We retain account and design data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion by contacting us.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or request portability. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
8. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect data transferred internationally.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
