This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, credits, and refunds work on AI Tattoo Generator, operated by NebulaFlow LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and payments are processed securely by Stripe.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Basic, Pro, and Studio) are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or yearly, depending on the cycle you select at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Applicable prices and included credits are always shown on our Pricing page before you complete a purchase.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Billing page, or by emailing us at [email protected].
When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
- You are not charged again after the current period ends.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period that has already started.
3. Refunds
Because our Service delivers digital content and generation credits that are made available immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
That said, we want you to be satisfied. We will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis if:
- You were charged in error or double-charged;
- You were billed after cancelling and had not used the plan in the new period;
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the reason for the request.
4. Credits
Generation credits (including free signup credits and credits included with a plan) have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits that have already been used to generate a design or to make a design private cannot be restored or refunded. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless expressly stated on the Pricing page.
5. Free plan
The free plan lets you try the Service before subscribing. No payment is taken for the free plan, so no refund applies. We recommend using your free credits to confirm the Service meets your needs before upgrading.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and include:
- The email address on your account;
- The approximate date and amount of the charge;
- A brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
