Welcome to AI Tattoo Generator, operated by NebulaFlow LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AI Tattoo Generator helps users create and browse AI-generated tattoo design concepts for personal inspiration. The Service is not a substitute for licensed tattoo artists, medical professionals, or legal advice.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, credits, and payments
Some features require a paid subscription or credits. Prices, billing cycles, and included credits are shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. User-generated and AI-generated content
4.1 Your designs
When you generate tattoo designs through the Service, you receive a personal license to download and use those outputs for non-commercial personal purposes, including sharing concepts with a tattoo artist for adaptation.
Unless you upgrade to Private mode, new designs are public by default and may appear in our community gallery, Showcase feed, and style Explore collections.
4.2 Public gallery license
By keeping a design public or by generating content without Private mode enabled, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that design within the Service and in marketing materials that reference the Service (for example, screenshots of the gallery or Explore pages).
This license lets us operate the public gallery and style collections other users browse for inspiration. It does not transfer ownership of your underlying creative prompt choices to us.
4.3 Private mode
If you purchase Private mode or an eligible subscription tier, you may hide specific designs from public gallery and Explore surfaces. Hidden designs remain accessible to you in your account but are not licensed for public display by us.
4.4 Commercial use restrictions
You may not sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit AI-generated outputs from the Service — including as stock art, print-on-demand products, NFTs, or client deliverables — without our prior written consent. Tattoo artists may adapt a design for a paying client’s custom tattoo session, but may not resell the raw AI file as a standalone commercial product.
4.5 Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, promotes hate or violence, sexualizes minors, or violates applicable platform or payment-provider rules.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, software, and curated site content (excluding user/public gallery designs) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] with sufficient detail for us to investigate, including the work claimed, the URL on our Service, and your contact information.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL AI-GENERATED DESIGNS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DESIGNS ARE UNIQUE, SAFE TO TATTOO AS SHOWN, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SKIN OR PLACEMENT. AI OUTPUTS REQUIRE PROFESSIONAL ARTIST ADAPTATION BEFORE TATTOOING.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY DESIGN.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
